About JJ Gormley

JJ Gormley, Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500) is the founder of the Sun & Moon Yoga Studios in Virginia. She has a diverse background, having studied from many traditions since 1979, most recently the teachings of TKV & Kausthub Desikachar in the Krishnamarchya tradition commonly called Vini Yoga.

She has just embarked on a four year training program herself under her teacher’s direction to learn more about Yoga Therapy. She continues to travel and teach across the country as well as to take yoga groups to exotic places she loves such as Bali, Peru and Mexico.
